Each piece is individually handcrafted, and as such, you may notice small pinholes, natural crackle patterns, or slight surface protrusions.
These are not flaws, but part of the unique scenery of the work—marks of its individuality that cannot be replicated in mass production.

[About Shipping Fees]
If you place multiple separate orders, shipping fees will be charged for each order.
When the delivery address is the same, we will do our best to combine your items into one shipment.
However, please understand that duplicate shipping fees cannot be refunded.
For this reason, we kindly recommend placing your order in a single transaction whenever possible.
[In Case of Damage]
We take great care to ensure your items are delivered safely. However, if you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately with photos of both the item and its packaging.
As most of our works are one-of-a-kind, replacements are not available. In such cases, a refund will be arranged. We appreciate your kind understanding.
